Part Sales Advisor

Location: Ossett Salary: £29,998.80 – £35,884.99 per year Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri) + alternate Saturdays

As a Part Sales Advisor, you’ll be an essential part of our branch team, directly impacting customer satisfaction and daily operations.


Responsibilities

  • Serve customers face-to-face and over the phone, ensuring their needs are understood and acted upon
  • Find the correct vehicle parts efficiently and help customers leave with a positive experience
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to process orders smoothly and maintain branch operations
  • Operate in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where clear communication and problem-solving are key
  • Advise and assist customers with vehicle parts, automotive knowledge, or after-sales service

Requirements

You don’t need automotive or sales experience—we’ll train you. Ideal candidates bring:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
  • Ability to pick up systems and technology quickly
  • Interest in cars, mechanics, or automotive industries
  • Experience in sales or advisory roles (useful but not essential)
  • Reliability under pressure, remaining calm in busy situations
  • A proactive, team-first mindset

An advantage (but not required) will include experience with: MAM or related software


Training & Career Growth

    • Learn essential skills via structured training
    • Visit the Acadamy of Excellence (Clay Cross) for hands-on experience
    • Train on product knowledge, systems, and customer service

Working Hours & Contract

  • 45 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Alternate Saturdays: 5-hour shifts
  • Daily meal break: 30 minutes
