Location: London, Bristol, Manchester, Belfast or Melbourn (Hertfordshire)
Salary: £45,000 - £105,000 + excellent benefits

As demand for Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Security continues to grow, they're expanding their specialist Cyber Security practice and are looking to hire talented consultants across multiple levels, from Consultant through to Principal Consultant.
Role Overview
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded OT Cyber Security team, helping organisations protect the operational technology that underpins critical national infrastructure. You'll work on a diverse range of client engagements, advising on the security of industrial control systems, operational technology environments and connected infrastructure across sectors including energy, utilities, transport, manufacturing, water, oil & gas and defence.
Depending on your level of experience, you'll be responsible for delivering technical assessments, designing secure OT architectures, leading client engagements, developing cyber security strategies and supporting large-scale digital transformation programmes. Senior and Principal Consultants will also play a key role in leading project teams, managing client relationships and contributing to business development.

Responsibilities
- Delivering Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control System (ICS) cyber security consulting engagements.
- Conducting OT cyber risk assessments, security reviews and maturity assessments.
- Advising clients on securing SCADA, PLC, RTU and Distributed Control System (DCS) environments.
- Designing secure OT architectures, network segmentation and industrial security solutions.
- Supporting clients with regulatory compliance and cyber security governance.
- Developing OT cyber security strategies and remediation roadmaps.
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams across cyber, engineering and digital transformation.
- Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders and presenting technical recommendations.
- Leading project delivery and mentoring junior consultants (Senior and Principal levels).
This is a hybrid role, with a mixture of client site, office and remote working depending on project requirements.

You'll ideally have experience with:

- Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS) or Industrial Cyber Security.
- SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, Distributed Control Systems (DCS) or Process Control environments.
- OT security architecture, industrial networking or security monitoring.
- Cyber risk management, security assessments and security governance.
- Industrial IoT (IIoT) technologies.
- Security standards such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NCSC CAF or NIS Regulations.
- Critical National Infrastructure sectors such as Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, Transport, Water, Oil & Gas, Nuclear or Defence.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience within a consultancy environment is beneficial but not essential, and applications are welcomed from candidates looking to transition into consulting from industry.
