With a Gold-level Investor in People award, Bridewell stands apart as a cohesive team. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive forward our leading OT (Operational Technology) cyber security practice, shaping its strategic direction and scaling its successful legacy.

About the Role

Bridewell is seeking an experienced OT Lead to shape, grow, and lead our OT Cyber Security practice. This is an influential, strategic position responsible for defining the growth of our OT services across:

  • OT Consulting
  • Managed Security Services
  • Security Operations (OT SOC)
  • Incident Response
  • Engineering & Secure Architecture
  • Vulnerability Management

As the OT Lead, you will: 🔹 Define and implement the strategic vision for Bridewell’s OT capabilities. 🔹 Collaborate across technical and commercial functions to build an OT-delivery model that drives exceptional client outcomes. 🔹 Establish and represent Bridewell as an OT thought leader, influencing industry standards, thought leadership, and customer relationships. 🔹 Mentor and develop OT expertise, ensuring ongoing technical and commercial excellence.

This leadership role ensures Bridewell remains at the forefront of industrial cyber security, blending technical credibility with strategic commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and execution of the strategic vision for Bridewell’s OT practice, future-proofing operational security across Critical National Infrastructure.
  • Lead the development of OT security services, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer demands, and emerging threats.
  • Act as executive sponsor for high-impact OT engagements and critical customer relationships.
  • Strengthen market positioning by contributing to industry initiatives, thought leadership content (webinars, publications, technical speaking), and strategic partnerships.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership

  • Create a high-performing OT function through clear organisational structures, capability frameworks, and career pathways.
  • Foster collaboration between engineering, assurance, vulnerability management, and SOC teams to deliver enterprise-wide OT solutions.
  • Develop talent through mentorship, coaching, and performance leadership – supporting both technical SMEs and emerging OT professionals.
  • Ensure a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
