OTC Process Lead

The OTC Process Lead will play a vital role in overseeing and optimising the order-to-cash process within the accounting and finance function of a property-focused organisation. This permanent position is based in London and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency.

Client Details

This is a permanent opportunity within a well-established organisation in the property industry. The business is currently going through an exciting stage of transformation, you'll lead on this process whilst developing an established team across transactional finance and credit control.

Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the OTC framework.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues in the invoicing and collection processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with organisational goals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on OTC performance to senior stakeholders.
  • Support the accounting and finance department with reconciliations and process documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for OTC-related queries and escalations.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory and company policies.

Profile

A Successful OTC Process Lead Should Have

  • A strong background in accounting and finance, particularly within the property industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimising the order-to-cash process.
  • Strong managerial experience and leadership.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools relevant to the role.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
