OTC Sales Lead (Institutional & Derivatives)

Role Overview

We are looking for an OTC sales professional to join our team, focused on institutional clients. This role is suited for a commercially minded individual with exposure to high volume spot and options flow. We would value the ability to contribute an existing client network while continuing to build new relationships. You will support and grow OTC trading volumes across spot and derivatives, working closely with our Sales and Trading teams to deliver tailored execution and structuring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Grow a portfolio of institutional clients, including funds, HNWIs, family offices, and crypto-native firms Demonstrated ability to bring an existing, portable book of institutional or high-volume trading clients Execute OTC trades across spot and derivatives, with increasing responsibility for options flow Support distribution of vanilla options and structured hedging solutions in collaboration with trading and structuring teams Provide clients with market color, volatility insights, and execution support Assist in originating new business and growing trading volumes and revenue Work closely with trading, risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution Support client onboarding and ongoing account management in line with KYC/AML requirements Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and client activity reporting Participate in industry events and client meetings as part of broader business development efforts

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field from a top-tier university 3+ years of experience in OTC sales, institutional sales, trading, or brokerage (crypto, FX, or derivatives) Exposure to options and derivatives products (crypto strongly preferred; FX or TradFi acceptable) Existing relationships with institutional or high-volume trading clients (portable book not required but advantageous) Solid understanding of crypto market structure, liquidity, and volatility Commercial mindset with demonstrated interest in revenue generation and client growth Strong communication, relationship management, and execution skills High attention to detail, risk awareness, and professional integrity Comfortable operating in fast-paced, global markets

Preferred / Desirable Experience

Experience at a crypto exchange, market maker, hedge fund, or proprietary trading firm Exposure to international client coverage

Location and Right to work: This role will be based in our London, Zurich, New York or Hong Kong office. Only candidates who possess the pre-existing right to work in the relevant country of application need apply.
