About the Role
We are actively looking for 1 part-time out-of-hours scheduler to work on our United Utilities contract. A 5-week rota is provided, and due to business needs, you may need to work during the week, on a Bank Holiday, or longer hours during the weekend. It is essential to be flexible before applying.
- Location: United Utilities building, Haweswater House, Lingley Mere, Great Sankey, Warrington.
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Salary: £13,457.00 per annum
Responsibilities – but not limited to
- Contacting customers via telephone and email, providing them with information.
- Providing customers and colleagues with accurate information.
- Navigating our in-house software, updating internal systems.
- Handing over of works to other departments, in an efficient manner.
- Dealing with customer complaints, resolving in a timely manner.
- Liaising with internal departments, and our field-based teams.

Experience and qualifications required for the role
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask, and work to deadlines.
- Previous customer contact experience required (telephone or face-to-face).
- Positive, can-do attitude – team player.
- Competent in IT, accurate data entry, and good keyboard skills.
