Ready to be the ultimate growth partner for the hottest independent restaurants and culinary brands in your territory?

About Uber Eats

People deserve seamless connection to their favorite flavors, everyday essentials, and local neighborhoods. Since our launch, Uber Eats has been on a mission to deliver exactly that. Our powerhouse platform connects millions of consumers with over 1 million partner merchants globally - redefining convenience by delivering everything from neighborhood culinary staples to fresh groceries and retail items right to people's doorsteps.

As we continue to accelerate our marketplace growth, two things remain essential to our success: our resilient people and our fast-paced culture. Today, we are expanding our global footprint by empowering brilliant sales professionals who love hunting for new opportunities, partnering with local businesses, and turning territory potential into thriving market realities. We are looking for driven closers who want to build the future of local commerce with us.

About The Role

As an Outbound Account Executive for Uber Eats, you are the hyper-growth engine driving our marketplace forward. Managing select leads in a strategic geography, you will own a true 360 outbound sales cycle - discovering the opportunity, pitching, and closing partnerships with local restaurants and independent merchants. While primarily focused on new business acquisition, this role includes strategic elements of account management, ensuring your newly signed partners are nurtured, optimized, and set up for long-term commercial success on our platform. This is a fast-paced SMB sales team where you will succeed by mastering your pipeline, leveraging data to drive territory growth, and demonstrating deep commercial acumen to understand our partners and sell effectively, ultimately delivering massive value to independent restaurant owners. Let's build together!

What You'll Do

  • 360 Territory Ownership: Execute a structured operational plan to hit acquisition quotas. Map market data, industry trends, and local business news to identify high-value targets while leveraging cultural intelligence to build trust across a diverse merchant pool.
  • High-Velocity Outbound Activity: Drive a high volume of daily cold calling and emailing to build a healthy pipeline, consistently progressing deals through every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Rigorous Data & Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain accurate data in CRM with diligent follow-ups, detailed meeting notes, and clear next steps. Monitor dashboards to ensure consistent engagement, preventing deals from becoming inactive.
  • Account Management & Partner Optimization: Act as a strategic partner to merchants during and post-onboarding; evaluate business impact, manage initial partner health, and use upsell frameworks to introduce additional Uber products that maximize mutual value.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Partner with leadership to review pipeline health, deliver accurate performance forecasting, and maintain complete business visibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams to streamline the merchant launch experience and clearly report territory performance to your manager.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
