Outbound Account Representative

About the Role

At 11x, we're building the AI workforce that's redefining how companies go to market. Our AI workers run outbound at a scale, speed, and accuracy that reshapes go-to-market (GTM)—and we drive this motion ourselves every day.

This role sits at the core of that strategy. You’ll work alongside 11x’s AI outbound team, owning the high-trust, high-context work that moves real deals forward:

  • Live conversations with senior buyers
  • Executive-level discovery
  • Relationship-driven outreach that turns interest into pipeline

This London-based role operates with a 3-day in-office policy.

What You’ll Do

  • Run live conversations with prospects sourced through 11x’s AI outbound, focusing on:
    • Qualifying fit
    • Advancing real opportunities
  • Own outbound calling into target accounts and senior stakeholders where a live interaction is critical
  • Use signals and intelligence from AI workers to prioritise calls and outreach timing
  • Pass qualified opportunities to Account Executives (AEs) with:
    • Clean context
    • Strong warm introductions
  • Collaborate with marketing and GTM leadership to:
    • Refine messaging
    • Feed insights into broader sales motions
  • Maintain Salesforce accuracy for a stable, forecastable pipeline

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
