Outbound Account Representative
About the Role
At 11x, we're building the AI workforce that's redefining how companies go to market. Our AI workers run outbound at a scale, speed, and accuracy that reshapes go-to-market (GTM)—and we drive this motion ourselves every day.
This role sits at the core of that strategy. You’ll work alongside 11x’s AI outbound team, owning the high-trust, high-context work that moves real deals forward:
- Live conversations with senior buyers
- Executive-level discovery
- Relationship-driven outreach that turns interest into pipeline
This London-based role operates with a 3-day in-office policy.
What You’ll Do
- Run live conversations with prospects sourced through 11x’s AI outbound, focusing on:
- Qualifying fit
- Advancing real opportunities
- Own outbound calling into target accounts and senior stakeholders where a live interaction is critical
- Use signals and intelligence from AI workers to prioritise calls and outreach timing
- Pass qualified opportunities to Account Executives (AEs) with:
- Clean context
- Strong warm introductions
- Collaborate with marketing and GTM leadership to:
- Refine messaging
- Feed insights into broader sales motions
- Maintain Salesforce accuracy for a stable, forecastable pipeline

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in sales with:
- Proven pipeline generation experience
- A demonstrable record of hitting targets
- Strong phone skills—you enjoy live conversations and improve with repeat reps
- Sharp judgement for identifying when a live human conversation adds value rather than following scripts
- Effective communicator who can:
- Hold their ground in executive discussions
- Conduct meaningful discovery, not just basic qualification
- Curious and coachable, especially around:
- Complex products
- AI tooling
- Evolving sales motions
- Passionate about AI integration—excited to use technology effectively in your work
- Comfortable with:
- Company ambiguity
- Fast-paced early-stage environments

Nice to Have
- Experience in:

Compensation
The compensation range for this position is £65,000–£70,000 OTE.
