Outbound Account Representative
About The Role
At 11x, we're building the AI workforce that's redefining how companies go to market. Our AI workers run outbound at a scale, speed, and accuracy that's reshaping what good GTM looks like. We run this motion ourselves every day.
This role sits inside that program. You'll work alongside 11x's AI outbound, owning the high-trust, high-context work that moves real deals forward:
- Live conversations with senior buyers
- Executive-level discovery
- Relationship-driven outreach that turns interest into pipeline
Your primary instrument is the phone. This role requires a London-based presence with a 3-day in-office policy.
What You'll Do
- Run live conversations with prospects sourced through 11x's AI outbound, focusing on qualifying fit and advancing real opportunities
- Own outbound calling into target accounts and senior stakeholders where direct human interaction is the best approach
- Leverage signals and intelligence from 11x's AI workers to prioritise contacts and timing
- Hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives (AEs) with clean context and strong warm intros
- Work with marketing and GTM leadership to refine messaging and feed call learnings into the broader motion
- Maintain a clean Salesforce pipeline to ensure forecast accuracy

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in a sales role with a proven track record of pipeline generation and hitting targets
- Confident on the phone, enjoying live discussions and improving with each rep
- Strong intuition for identifying high-value accounts and moments where human interaction adds real value
- Excellent communicator able to engage at the executive level, conducting genuine discovery—not rote qualification
- Curious and coachable, particularly around complex products, AI tooling, and shifting sales motions
- Excited by the prospect of collaborating with AI as part of daily workflow
- Comfortable operating in early-stage ambiguity and dynamic work environments

Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or similar technical product sales
- Exposure to mid-market or enterprise customer segments
- Familiarity with modern sales tools (Outreach, Apollo, Salesforce, etc.)
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is £65,000 - £70,000 OTE (including bonuses).
