Outbound Calling Representative

Outbound Calling Representative

Salary: £24,906 per annum

Location: Crowborough Office

Hours of work (full-time, 35 hours per week):

  • Monday: 11am – 7pm
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 12pm – 8pm
  • Wednesday & Friday: 10am – 6pm
  • Saturdays: 2 per month, 11am – 5:30pm (Time in lieu provided)

Reporting to: Support Services Team Leader


About the Role

Premier, Europe’s largest Christian Media organisation, is seeking two Outbound Calling Representatives to join their small, friendly telephone fundraising team.

This role involves phone-based supporter engagement—both outbound and inbound—where you’ll:

  • Build meaningful relationships with Premier’s supporters
  • Communicate genuine passion for their mission
  • Ask for financial support through both proactive and responsive calls

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound and Inbound Supporter Engagement Engage with supporters and potential subscribers through phone conversations, nurturing relationships and advancing giving initiatives.
