What You'll Do
As an Outbound Demand Generation Manager at Monada, you will be instrumental in driving our lead generation efforts and building a strong sales pipeline. Your primary goal will be to proactively engage with ideal prospects, qualify their needs, and schedule valuable appointments with company management. This role demands a proactive, creative, and strategic approach, along with excellent communication skills and industry knowledge to achieve success.
- Prospect Generation: Research and identify ideal prospects using databases, social media, and partnerships.
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate conversations and schedule meetings through cold calls, personalized emails, and social media engagement.
- Qualification: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and budgets, and identify potential buying signals and pain points.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare detailed call reports and qualification summaries for company management, including key contact information, company background, and potential deal size.
- CRM Management: Consistently update CRM with prospect data, call notes, and meeting outcomes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze activity and performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and share insights with management.
- Continual Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and company offerings to effectively engage and qualify prospects.

- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in outbound sales, lead generation, email marketing, marketing automation, or a similar role, preferably within the supply chain market.
- Experience with cold calling and email outreach best practices for B2Bs, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization.
- Strong familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and make data-driven decisions based on email marketing metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluent English is a Must.
- Demonstrated knowledge in logistics and CRM and productivity platforms - an advantage!
- Passion for learning and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Competitive spirit and drive to exceed quota and win deals.
- Self-starter, goal oriented.
- Proven ability to identify and overcome sales objections.
