- Basic Salary £26,436 rising to £30,000 per year (following probation)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £49,000 per year
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential
About the Role
BT Local Business Birmingham is looking for an enthusiastic and driven B2B Outbound Mobile Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to generate new business.
- Specialise in the BT Mobile product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Accurately update and maintain CRM records.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to share knowledge and best practice.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with customers at all levels.
- Motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
- Experienced in building strong business relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Eager to learn, develop, and maximise uncapped commission opportunities.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' B2B sales experience (required).
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
Desirable
- Previous experience selling or managing business mobile solutions.
- Knowledge of the BT Mobile product portfolio or telecoms industry.
