Location: Office-based (In Person)
Work Type: Full-time | Permanent

Salary

  • Basic Salary £26,436 rising to £30,000 per year (following probation)
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £49,000 per year
  • Commission: Uncapped earning potential

About the Role
BT Local Business Birmingham is looking for an enthusiastic and driven B2B Outbound Mobile Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.
If you're confident building relationships over the phone, passionate about sales, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with the backing of one of the UK's most recognised brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to generate new business.
  • Specialise in the BT Mobile product portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Accurately update and maintain CRM records.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to share knowledge and best practice.
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with customers at all levels.
  • Motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
  • Experienced in building strong business relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Eager to learn, develop, and maximise uncapped commission opportunities.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' B2B sales experience (required).
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Desirable

  • Previous experience selling or managing business mobile solutions.
  • Knowledge of the BT Mobile product portfolio or telecoms industry.
