About The Role
Ready to kick your career up a notch? We're in search of a Sales Executive who's anything but ordinary. If you've got the gift of the gab, a knack for closing sales, and the energy to match, we want you! You’ll play a big part in keeping our customers protected by offering a handy insurance plan that covers household appliances from accidental damage and breakdowns. Whether it’s keeping the kids’ school uniforms clean or making sure dinner’s always in the oven on time, it’s important that our customers’ appliances are always running smoothly. And it’s not all work and no play! Our sales social calendar is loaded with activities to keep you fired up. From team nights out, to awards nights, we know how to have a good time! We offer a competitive basic salary of £29,545.40 but we want you to earn what you deserve from day one. 85% of our team took home £50K OTE last year, and our top earners over £65K - wow!
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
- You’ll be on a dialler, speaking to over 60 customers a day, after the point of sale, to find out After digging into the nitty-gritty, you’ll share the many perks of our AO Care Plan and get them on board, meaning our customers have peace of mind and you hit your targets, win win!
- Nobody likes a pushy salesperson, so you’ll take a consultative approach with our customers. We trust you, and your experience, to get the best results.

- You’re current working in a like for like, fast-paced, outbound sales environment
- You’ve got the drive to hit your goals, both in and out of work
- You’re highly money motivated and love working towards weekly sales targets
- You have the ability to effectively objection handle, and can turn past failings into lessons for success
- You’re resilient and have a positive mindset
