Sales Team Manager - Outbound Contract Centre Sales Knaresborough £60,000 OTE | Monday–Friday
Are you a high-performing Sales Team Manager who knows how to get the best from outbound sales teams?
Do you thrive in a fast-paced contact centre environment where success is driven by coaching, accountability, performance metrics, and continuous improvement?
We're looking for a proven sales leader to join Oracle Car Finance, the UK's leading prestige, sports and classic vehicle finance broker. This is an opportunity to lead a team of ambitious Account Managers, driving sales performance, improving conversion rates, and building a culture where people genuinely enjoy winning.
About the Role:
This is not a desk-bound management role.
We're looking for a leader who is visible, hands-on, and passionate about developing people. You'll spend your time coaching conversations, reviewing performance data, identifying development opportunities, and ensuring your team consistently delivers exceptional customer outcomes. What you'll do:
- Take ownership of day-to-day line management of Account Managers
- Drive performance through structured 1-to-1s, call coaching, and ongoing feedback
- Use KPIs, quality metrics, and MI to identify gaps and improve conversion and outcomes
- Support delivery of departmental sales targets and revenue goals
- Ensure consistent adherence to FCA requirements, compliance frameworks, and sales processes
- Build a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Champion strong customer outcomes in a consultative sales environment
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader (3+ years)
- Background in a FCA-regulated sales environments
- Strong track record of managing performance against targets and KPIs
- Confident in performance management, coaching underperformance, and developing talent
- Experienced in working with structured sales frameworks and QA/compliance standards
- Highly organised with strong data-driven decision-making skills
- A collaborative leader with the ability to motivate, challenge, and inspire teams
