Sales Team Manager - Outbound Contract Centre Sales Knaresborough £60,000 OTE | Monday–Friday

Are you a high-performing Sales Team Manager who knows how to get the best from outbound sales teams?

Do you thrive in a fast-paced contact centre environment where success is driven by coaching, accountability, performance metrics, and continuous improvement?

We're looking for a proven sales leader to join Oracle Car Finance, the UK's leading prestige, sports and classic vehicle finance broker. This is an opportunity to lead a team of ambitious Account Managers, driving sales performance, improving conversion rates, and building a culture where people genuinely enjoy winning.

About the Role:

This is not a desk-bound management role.

We're looking for a leader who is visible, hands-on, and passionate about developing people. You'll spend your time coaching conversations, reviewing performance data, identifying development opportunities, and ensuring your team consistently delivers exceptional customer outcomes. If you're experienced in managing outbound sales teams and know how to turn good performers into great performers, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
