Outbound Sales Representative – Oldbury (Office-Based)

About This Role
SGS’s Business Assurance division is looking for a proactive, results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through targeted outbound engagement.
Key Objectives
- Generate new business opportunities via telephone, email, and social media to support revenue targets
- Identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients, aligning with SGS’s Business Assurance strategy
- Build early-stage relationships and position SGS as the preferred partner for in-demand services
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for the wider commercial team

Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Conduct outbound sales outreach via multiple channels (calling, email, digital platforms)
- Research, qualify, and nurture leads aligned with target markets and product/service offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to convert leads into sales inquiries
- Track and report on performance metrics (e.g., outbound calls, pipeline health)
- Actively refresh sales pipeline to ensure continuous revenue opportunities
Essential Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in outbound (prospecting, calling, CRM management)
- Track record of high-impact performance with results-driven targets
- Skills in client pipeline generation and qualification processes
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or Microsoft Office packages
