The Edinburg Center is seeking a Fee for Service Clinician to work with adults in our Outpatient Clinic. Outpatient clinicians meet the ongoing therapeutic and ancillary social service needs of persons served and their families through direct interventions and/or by referral and advocacy for appropriate services.
What You Will Do:
The Clinician will work with people who experience a variety of mental health and psychiatric needs, as well as individuals who have co-occurring psychiatric and substance use concerns. Primary responsibilities include:
- Completes an initial interview with individuals referred for therapy and completes a thorough comprehensive assessment to identify need areas.
- Creates a collaborative Individualized Action Plan with the person served to identify goals and interventions.
- Provides individual, couple, family and group therapy as indicated, either in person or virtually depending on the needs of the individual(s).
- Participates in on-going coordination and consultation regarding the individual served, both internally and with other service providers.

Who You Are:
A passionate individual who has earned a licensed-eligible Master's Degree in a mental health-related discipline who wants a supportive environment to therapeutically support individuals seeking individual, couples, family, or group therapy. Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is preferred.
