Outpatient Physiotherapist - Band 6 - 37.5 hours - Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and self-motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Integrated Outpatient Therapy service based at Stepping Hill Hospital.
The role will involve assessment and treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal conditions for both adult and paediatric patients referred via Surgery, ED, and GP services.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions for both adult and paediatric patients
- Work both autonomously and as part of the team
- Manage your own patient caseload within a supportive and experienced team
- Lead a variety of rehabilitation gym-based sessions
- Supervise assistants and students
- Contribute to service development initiatives
- Be involved in regular audits
- Attend regular monthly in-service training, peer review, and clinical supervision
- Participate in the established appraisal system for Continued Professional Development

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Evidence of experience working within an Outpatient Physiotherapy environment
- Previous NHS experience is desirable
- Ability to work independently
- Relevant recent CPD
