Outpatient Department Receptionist – Warwick/Stratford Hospital
The Outpatient Department at Warwick/Stratford Hospital offers a diverse range of clinical experience, delivering care to patients attending 36+ specialities across various clinics.
About the Role
We are seeking a positive, progressive, and forward-thinking individual to join our Outpatient Receptionist Team. The successful candidate must display:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic approach to customer-focused care
Under this role, you will perform clerical duties in the computerised Health Records Service, providing critical support to:
- Patients
- Medical staff
- Management processes

Previous outpatient experience is desirable but not mandatory. Comprehensive support and training will be provided for the selected applicant.
Working Arrangements
We are currently seeking applications for part-time positions operating on a flexible shift schedule, including:
- 08:00–13:30
- 12:00–17:00
Monday to Friday.
