Salary: £45,000 per annum

Creating pathways for creative minds.

Do you have a strong understanding of the creative industries, with a genuine interest in higher education and supporting students to take their next step? This role plays a key part in shaping first impressions of LCCA—requiring someone who can engage diverse audiences with credibility, confidence and a clear commitment to widening participation.

LCCA is seeking a commercially aware and forward-thinking Outreach Manager to lead engagement with Schools and Colleges.

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused professional who can build meaningful partnerships, inspire prospective students, and strengthen access to creative higher education. You will bring the drive and capability to establish a new outreach function, helping students understand their potential and how LCCA can support their journey.

This is a unique opportunity offering the autonomy to design an impactful and inclusive approach to student outreach. While Fashion and Computer Games sit at the core of this role, you will also represent our wider portfolio including Graphic Design, Entrepreneurship and Hospitality.

This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference—supporting students to navigate their options, access opportunities, and see themselves reflected in a creative higher education environment.

About the Role

As Outreach Manager, you will represent LCCA across schools, colleges and external events, leading engagement activity and building strong, sustainable partnerships. You will be responsible for designing and delivering an outreach strategy that connects inspiration with informed decision-making and high-quality applications.

You will:

  • Lead, organise and deliver targeted outreach activity across schools and colleges, initially within Greater London with scope for national expansion.
  • Act as a credible and knowledgeable representative of LCCA, communicating the value of creative education in an engaging and accessible way.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, while proactively identifying and developing new partnerships.
  • Deliver engaging and informative presentations that clearly articulate progression routes into creative industries and higher education.
  • Coordinate visits and events, working collaboratively with academic teams to showcase programmes effectively.
  • Design and continuously improve outreach activity across multiple touchpoints, including events, digital content, CRM journeys and student communications, aligned to Outreach and Marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure consistency of messaging and support growth in target markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
