Job Title: ADE - Outside Sales Representative
Base Pay + Uncapped Commission + Mileage Reimbursement
Location: Worcester, MA
Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new delivery program launching in Worcester, MA. The role involves recruiting local businesses to join a dynamic delivery partner program. Collaborate with a Field Manager and local contractors to engage prospective businesses, present program opportunities, facilitate application processes, and coordinate recruitment events.
Responsibilities
- Visit prospective businesses door to door within a 90-minute driving distance.
- Present and pitch the program opportunity to generate interest among businesses.
- Qualify businesses and guide them through the application process while managing leads in Salesforce.
- Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community.
- Collaborate with local influencers, such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
- Regularly import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Proven experience in outside/field sales, particularly door-to-door or territory sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software, with a preference for Salesforce.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Local candidates are highly preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in roles involving sales and/or negotiation is a plus.
- Professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a high sense of urgency.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for field applicants.
- Tech-savvy with experience in various systems and technology.
- Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.

Work Environment
The role requires fieldwork three to five times a week, with remote work when not in the field. The territory covers the Worcester, MA area. Employees will receive mileage reimbursement of 72.5 cents per mile.

This is a Contract position based out of Worcester, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.50 - $28.50/hr.
