This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Outside Sales Representative (International) based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with businesses and help them solve critical technology challenges through tailored solutions.
You will manage the full sales journey, starting with prospecting and appointment setting before progressing into client meetings and deal closing.
The position combines business development, consultative selling, and technology-focused conversations in a global B2B environment.
You will work with solutions related to managed services, infrastructure, data protection, disaster recovery, connectivity, and communication tools.
This is a performance-driven opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building trust, influencing decisions, and achieving measurable results.
Working remotely, you will collaborate with an international team while developing your sales expertise and expanding your commercial impact.
Accountabilities
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers. The role includes a structured progression from inside sales activities to full outside sales responsibilities, with a focus on achieving revenue goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound prospecting activities, including high-volume calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
- Achieving key sales performance indicators, including making approximately 100 calls per day and setting at least 3 qualified appointments per week.
- Learning the company’s solutions and sales approach through initial inside sales training and collaboration with experienced sales representatives.
- Meeting with prospective clients to understand their technology challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Managing sales conversations, presenting value propositions, negotiating, and closing B2B opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with customers through active listening, credibility, and consultative selling.
- Maintaining a proactive, goal-oriented approach while contributing to team success and business growth.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with strong communication skills, a competitive mindset, and the ability to connect with business decision-makers. Required qualifications and skills include:
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, services, or solution-based selling.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with prospects, present ideas, and influence purchasing decisions.
- Energetic and outgoing personality with a genuine interest in speaking with and helping customers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working toward ambitious sales targets.
- Strong adaptability, quick decision-making skills, and the ability to respond effectively in fast-paced situations.
- Excellent listening skills, curiosity, humility, and the ability to understand client needs.
- Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred but not required.
- Ability to successfully complete online behavioral and cognitive assessments.
- Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable home office setup, including:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, Intel i5 processor, Windows 10, or macOS Big Sur or newer.
- Stable internet connection with minimum 5 Mbps download and upload speeds.
- Quality noise-canceling headset for professional calls and meetings.
- Mobile phone capable of supporting authentication applications.
