The Role

As An Outside Sales Representative, You Will Participate In All Aspects Of Territory Management And Customer Relationship Management. Oversee sales activities and customer interactions within your territory. Identifies, pursues, and secures new business opportunities to expand their customer base and increase revenue. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy and decision-making. Prepares reports, forecasts, and strategic input to support sales management decisions and future planning.

About You

Being highly organised and proactive, you will bring your previous sales or customer-facing experience to the role, allowing you to make the most of the in-depth product and sales training provided. Your collaborative approach and ability to manage your time effectively will help you build strong relationships and deliver results. Furthermore, you will have:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, MS Teams) A valid UK Driver’s License Education to GSCE or equivalent level, English, Maths to Level 5/C+. Familiarity with CRM or sales management software. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

A background in or knowledge of industrial automation products is preferred but not essential. Also, if you speak any languages other than English at a fluent level, that would be advantageous to your application; Radwell operates internationally, so any other languages you can speak will always be helpful in this role.
