Summary

An Opportunity to Develop Industry Skills and Progress in a Food Manufacturing Environment

The Role

Join our production team and take on a critical role managing the cooking and cooling of meat products. You will run a key Critical Control Point (CCP), ensuring all products are produced in line with specification and company standards across safety, hygiene, quality, and cost.

£15.10 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Running the CCP for cooking and cooling meat products to product specification
  • Maintaining strict standards across safety, hygiene, quality, quantity, and cost
  • Operating and monitoring line equipment to meet throughput requirements
  • Completing all required paperwork accurately and with due diligence
  • Working collaboratively with other departments and staff in a productive, professional manner

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in a High Risk area for 2 or more years
  • General knowledge of cooking processes and machine operation, preferably within an FMCG environment
  • Extremely detail focused with strong attention to paperwork and compliance
  • A natural self-starter who can engage and motivate others
  • A team player who is willing to learn and develop
  • Full on the job and external training will be provided
