Summary
An Opportunity to Develop Industry Skills and Progress in a Food Manufacturing Environment
The Role
Join our production team and take on a critical role managing the cooking and cooling of meat products. You will run a key Critical Control Point (CCP), ensuring all products are produced in line with specification and company standards across safety, hygiene, quality, and cost.
£15.10 per hour
Your Key Responsibilities
- Running the CCP for cooking and cooling meat products to product specification
- Maintaining strict standards across safety, hygiene, quality, quantity, and cost
- Operating and monitoring line equipment to meet throughput requirements
- Completing all required paperwork accurately and with due diligence
- Working collaboratively with other departments and staff in a productive, professional manner
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in a High Risk area for 2 or more years
- General knowledge of cooking processes and machine operation, preferably within an FMCG environment
- Extremely detail focused with strong attention to paperwork and compliance
- A natural self-starter who can engage and motivate others
- A team player who is willing to learn and develop
- Full on the job and external training will be provided
