Recovery Concierge
Recovery Concierge is the premier post-operative plastic surgery recovery service in DFW, dedicated to providing exceptional care for high-end clientele. We employ highly trained RNs for in-home and hotel-based recoveries, taking a holistic and personal approach to every patient.
We're growing our team of high-performing, energetic, and passionate nurses who can read the room, thrive in private care settings, and are naturally proactive in delivering exceptional post-op care.
Position Details
- Role: Recovery RN — Overnight PRN
- Pay: $45.00 – $60.00/hr
- Shift: Overnight
- Location: Multiple sites across DFW — surgery center PACUs, hotels, and private homes
- Employment Type: PRN (as-needed)

Responsibilities
- Deliver premium post-operative care in hotel/home settings
- Communicate proactively with patients pre- and post-recovery
- Learn and follow RC + surgeon-specific protocols
- Provide patient medication and recovery education
- Maintain rapid response across text, phone, email, and team meetings
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Prior post-op plastics experience
- ICU (highly preferred), ED, or PACU background
- BLS and ACLS certifications a plus
- Strong clinical skills across patient care, treatments, and medication management
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Knowledge of post-op plastics protocols and compliance standards
- A genuine passion for plastics and holistic patient care
- Professional, accessible, and flexible with scheduling
