Role description Application Support Engineer
Sheffield, UK(Hybrid, 3 days in a week work from office)
6 Months contract with possible extension
Required Support Scope Kamailio and PJSIP
We require contractual software support obligations including
Consultancy support and SME review
Incident support and RCA support
Patching and bugfix support
Vulnerability remediation support
Upgrade and version lifecycle support
Monitoring and operational best practice guidance
Performance and resilience guidance
Governance participation
Documentation and knowledge transfer
Exit and transition support

SIP stack behaviour and interoperability analysis
SIPRECrelated integration support where PJSIP is part of the voice transcription chain
Media session establishment troubleshooting where relevant to the supported component
Troubleshooting signalling session stability and protocollevel behaviour
Upgrade and dependency compatibility guidance
Defect analysis support in customer integrations using PJSIP librariesservices
Tuning and operational guidance relevant to the PJSIPbased transcription connector
