Role description Application Support Engineer
Sheffield, UK(Hybrid, 3 days in a week work from office)
6 Months contract with possible extension
Required Support Scope Kamailio and PJSIP
We require contractual software support obligations including
Consultancy support and SME review
Incident support and RCA support
Patching and bugfix support
Vulnerability remediation support
Upgrade and version lifecycle support
Monitoring and operational best practice guidance
Performance and resilience guidance
Governance participation
Documentation and knowledge transfer
Exit and transition support

Best practice guidance for reload config refresh behaviour
Analysis of configuration change impacts across clustered nodes
Integration support with upstream and downstream SIP platforms
Customer specific routing proxying and operational runbook review

Specific Requirements
In addition PJSIP support must cover
SIP stack behaviour and interoperability analysis

Media session establishment troubleshooting where relevant to the supported component
Troubleshooting signalling session stability and protocollevel behaviour
