Company Description

laurenmae.co builds agentic marketing systems for Web3 teams that need their marketing function to operate strategically and operationally without a traditional full-time marketing hire. The work focuses on AI-powered prospecting pipelines, outreach automation, content infrastructure, and AI-driven visibility tailored to each product, audience, and growth goal. These systems are designed to compound in effectiveness over time, supporting sustainable traction and measurable outcomes. With six years of experience in Web3 and a decade in marketing, including roles at Algorand Foundation, Decentraland, and Concordium, laurenmae.co partners with funded Web3 teams through project-based and retained engagements to create marketing motions that consistently deliver results.

Role Description

The Owner role at laurenmae.co is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, overseeing client engagements, and designing end-to-end agentic marketing systems for Web3 teams. Day-to-day tasks include developing AI-powered prospecting and outreach workflows, defining content strategies and operational infrastructure, and ensuring delivery quality across all projects. The Owner will manage business development, nurture client relationships, and monitor performance metrics to refine systems over time. This role also includes overseeing financial health, leading collaborations with partners, and staying current with Web3 and AI trends to keep offerings competitive and relevant.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
