Role Description

The Owner role at BookMyJobInterview.ai is a full-time, on-site position based in London. The Owner will oversee the overall business strategy, product direction, and operational performance of the service, ensuring alignment with FuturePrep Ltd. objectives. Daily responsibilities include:

The role involves:

The Owner will also:

  • Lead hiring decisions
  • Develop team capabilities
  • Uphold a culture focused on quality, ethics, and user-centric service

Qualifications

  • Business leadership skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and organizational management.
  • Experience with product development and service design, ideally in technology, HR tech, or career services.
  • Financial management abilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Marketing and growth skills, such as digital marketing, brand positioning, and customer acquisition.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for working with partners, team members, and customers.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes, ATS technology, and talent acquisition trends is highly beneficial.
  • Proven experience in founding, owning, or leading a small business or startup is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or equivalent experience are an advantage.
