Owner – Full-Time, On-Site (London Area, UK)

The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom.

About the Role

The Owner is responsible for setting the overall vision and strategy of the organisation, making key business decisions, and overseeing day-to-day operations. Core responsibilities include:

  • Managing budgets and resources effectively
  • Building and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Guiding marketing, sales, and service delivery activities
  • Leading and supporting team members, defining goals and performance expectations
  • Aligning projects and initiatives with the company’s mission and long-term objectives
  • Monitoring market trends, assessing risks and opportunities, and driving continuous process improvement to support sustainable growth

Responsibilities

  • Ensure strategic leadership and direction for the organisation
  • Execute financial and operational planning, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Lead performance management, including hiring, coaching, and talent development
  • Adapt policies and processes to respond to market changes and business needs
  • Drive innovation and growth through informed decision-making
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership, with responsibility for strategy and operations
  • Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, and accounting for sustainable business growth
  • Ability to develop and execute business plans, including market analysis, goal setting, and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for engagement with team members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Experience in team management, including hiring, coaching, and performance management in an on-site environment
  • Comfortable making data-driven decisions under uncertainty, handling risk, and adapting to changes in market conditions
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills to balance strategic planning with hands-on operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (equivalence or relevant experience also accepted)
  • Familiarity with the local business environment in the London Area and regulatory/compliance considerations is advantageous
