Owner Operator CDL A Dedicated Home Weekends
CDL A Owner Operator Position – Earn $7K–$14K Weekly
Position Overview
- Average Weekly Miles:
- Out-and-back runs: 7–11K miles
- Home-weeks: 9–14K miles depending on availability
- Flexibility: No forced dispatch—you’re the boss
- No MC Authority requirement: Run under the company’s authority if needed (10% fuel discount + trailer program + insurance included)
- Direct Deposit: Weekly settlements
- Trailer Options: Use your own or the company’s Dry Van or Reefer units (new 2020 models available)
What You’ll Drive
- Routes: Choose from dedicated lanes, contract freight, general freight, or drop-and-hook options
- Equipment: Dry vans (2020+ models) and dry general freight
- Load Management: Pre-book loads and manage your own dispatch if desired
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CDL A-class tractor-trailers with high-mileage flexibility
- Maintain on-time deliveries while enjoying home time balance
- Receive competitive pay based on experience (averages $5K–$11K monthly)

Qualifications
Must-Have:
✅ Valid CDL A License ✅ Current DOT Physical ✅ *No DUIs/DWIs in the last 7 years ✅ Strong work ethic & reliability ✅ Driver must accept 90% true gross pay rate
Eligibility Notes:
- All truck ages considered (no mile cap requirements)
- Open to MC Authority Holders (or full company authority)

- Gross Pay Structure:
- 90% Gross to You (after expenses)
- 10% fuel discount applied to bills
- Weekly Averages:
- $7,000–$11,000 gross (pre-emptive tax rates, settlements direct deposit)
