Oxbridge Academic Mentor – Elite Secondary School – Kensington, London

If you’re an Oxbridge graduate (or equivalent top-tier university) with outstanding academic credentials and a desire to shape the next generation of high achievers — this is the opportunity that sets you apart.

A prestigious, high-performing secondary school in Kensington is searching for an exceptional Academic Mentor to join their elite support team. This role is designed for the top 1% of graduates who want to operate at the highest level of education, working directly with ambitious students targeting Russell Group and Oxbridge pathways.

Why This Role is Different

This is not classroom observation or basic support work. As an Oxbridge Academic Mentor, you will become a key driver of academic excellence, working with some of the brightest young minds in London.

You will:

Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring to high-achieving students Support Oxbridge, Medicine, and competitive university applications Deliver stretch and challenge sessions beyond the national curriculum Coach students on critical thinking, problem-solving, and academic writing Assist with preparation for entrance exams (e.g. TSA, BMAT, MAT, LNAT) Inspire a culture of ambition, curiosity, and intellectual confidence

Who They Want
