Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant

Wandsworth, SW18 | Full-Time | September 2026 Start

£28,000–£34,000 per annum | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–3:30pm

The Role

  • Supporting high-achieving students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
  • Delivering targeted intervention sessions in your specialist subject area
  • Working with small groups to raise attainment and academic confidence
  • Supporting pupils preparing for GCSE and A-Level examinations
  • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and enrichment activities
  • Acting as a positive academic role model for students

Candidate Profile

  • Degree from the University of Oxford or the University of Cambridge
  • Outstanding academic record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for education and helping young people succeed
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and challenge students academically
  • Previous tutoring, mentoring or school-based experience desirable but not essential
