Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant
Wandsworth, SW18 | Full-Time | September 2026 Start
£28,000–£34,000 per annum | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–3:30pm

The Role
- Supporting high-achieving students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
- Delivering targeted intervention sessions in your specialist subject area
- Working with small groups to raise attainment and academic confidence
- Supporting pupils preparing for GCSE and A-Level examinations
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and enrichment activities
- Acting as a positive academic role model for students
Candidate Profile
- Degree from the University of Oxford or the University of Cambridge
- Outstanding academic record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and helping young people succeed
- Ability to inspire, motivate and challenge students academically
- Previous tutoring, mentoring or school-based experience desirable but not essential
