We have services and platforms ranging from online tutoring to university application help. As a predominantly B2C company, we serve thousands of tutors and tens of thousands of students globally, but we also have a number of B2B clients including the University of Cambridge and Imperial College London among others.
About the Role
We are looking for Oxbridge STEM admissions tutors to work on our award winning University Admissions Branch. The ideal candidate will have completed a STEM degree at either Oxford or Cambridge University, have considerable success in Oxbridge admissions teaching/tutoring and a strong academic background. Tutoring at The Profs takes place almost exclusively online, and so experience using online tools to facilitate a strong and engaging online lesson is necessary.

Responsibilities
Preparing and delivering bespoke admissions packages for students applying for highly competitive undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Managing a portfolio of clients and regularly feeding back updates on students' progress to relevant client managers.
Qualifications
At least a graduate degree of 2.1 or higher. Educated at either Oxford or Cambridge University.

Required Skills
Experience planning and delivering bespoke one-to-one admissions programmes. A thorough knowledge and understanding of the Oxbridge admissions process including personal statement support, admissions test preparation and mock interview facilitation. Proven success assisting students with the Oxbridge admissions process. Previous tutoring or teaching experience. Outstanding organisational and communication skills. High level of interpersonal skills, especially empathy and patience.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience working internally in the admissions teams at either Oxford or Cambridge. Experience of online tutoring. A Masters Degree. Over 2 years tutoring/teaching experience.
