Global Process Owner – P2P Location - remote with some travel required.
T2M Resourcing have been appointed to recruit a Global Process Owner – P2P for a global manufacturing group that generates £multi-billions in revenue with operations in Europe, The Americas and Asia. As Global Process Owner P2P you will get the chance to be part of a major program, working with a highly experienced Director of Finance Transformation on a global platform providing an exceptional career enhancing opportunity.
This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as the group set out on a global transformation program to drive performance improvement, efficiency and consistency within finance shared services. Reporting to the Finance Director (transformation and shared services) and based in the UK you will play a key role in shaping the future of finance shared services for P2P including the phased transition to SAP Hana.
What will you be doing? As ‘Global Process Owner’ for Procure to Pay (P2P) you will play a major part in the design and implementation of a future finance shared services operating model. Your wide-ranging remit will encompass organisation design, process, controls, quality and systems optimisation, creating best practice finance shared services operations that will ensure consistency and robustness throughout the operating companies that span more than 100 countries. Initially you will undertake a current status review to understand current processes and procedures. You will then create a future operating model plan, leveraging technology / automation opportunities and driving quality operating practices and processes that are fit for purpose, scalable and compliant at group and local level. Working with your stakeholder groups you will then oversee the implementation of the operating model across Europe, the America’s and Asia. The foundation of the operating model will be based on SAP ECC 6 transitioning to SAP HANA. Working with your stakeholder teams you will inspire a ‘continuous improvement’ culture, encouraging collaborative working to achieve everything from ‘quick wins’ to big picture strategic objectives.

What are we looking for? To be successful as Global Process Owner P2P, we seek the following skills, experience and attributes: Proven subject matter experience in P2P gained within an international business. Finance Shared Services expertise – we will consider captive / in-house or outsourced service delivery. Manufacturing sector experience would by highly advantageous. Ideally a qualified accountant or a highly experienced finance shared services professional. Strong business transformation skills encompassing people, processes and systems - SAP ECC experience is essential. Excellent planning, organisation and planning skills. Great communication and presentation skills (across all levels) with the ability to inspire and influence. Willing to travel as necessary, particularly in the UK, and occasionally globally.

Competitive Salary circa £80,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance & Benefits Package *Please note that these are permanent vacancies.
