About the Company
We’re supporting a large organisation undergoing a major finance transformation and are looking for someone to play a key role in delivering an end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) solution (SAP Ariba) as part of a wider enterprise systems programme.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the rollout of a modern, streamlined P2P function, working across Purchasing, Finance, and wider business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a P2P implementation across the full project lifecycle
- Work closely with business leads to manage progress, risks, and dependencies
- Lead specific workstreams within the P2P work package
- Engage and influence stakeholders across multiple teams and seniority levels
- Help define, redesign, and embed best practice P2P processes
- Support training, adoption, and transition into business-as-usual

Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting or delivering P2P implementations (ideally SAP Ariba)
- Strong understanding of P2P processes and best practice
- Experience working on business change or transformation programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
