Title
P3M Consultant
Salary range: £40,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Burton, Manchester or Glasgow
Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home

Due to our growth, we are seeking P3M consultants with Defence, Energy or Nuclear experience to join our teams delivering complex, high-value programmes for our strategic clients. This is a rare opportunity to join Frazer-Nash at a critical time in the highly dynamic energy and defence landscapes, combining innovation, high standards, and operational delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring experience delivering P3M, gained in consultancy roles, and working in effective teams in fast-paced, complex environments. We are looking for candidates who are motivated to grow their careers in P3M with us.

This Role Will Include
- Working on client engagements or being part of a team doing so
- Being part of delivery teams on large and/or complex projects across the defence and energy industries
- Working within a technical group providing consultancy services. Potential management of small teams for more experienced hires.
- Bid and campaign work on bids undertaken by technical staff at all levels within bid / project teams
Essential Experience
- You are an accredited P3M professional, and a delivery-focused individual with experience and sector knowledge across defence or energy looking to advance your career to the next level.
- Consultancy background
- Background in busy operational delivery environments
- Working with major UK defence OEMs on large and complex programmes such as GCAP, Dreadnought, Ajax.
- SMR and other nuclear programmes or wider nuclear industry experience
