Primavera P6 Project Planner

Location: London
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 + Benefits + Bonus

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Primavera P6 Project Planner to join a growing project controls consultancy based in London. Working on major construction, Data centre, Industrial & Logistic projects, you'll play a key role in developing, managing and monitoring project programmes to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and update project programmes using Primavera P6.
  • Produce baseline programmes, progress updates and programme revisions.
  • Monitor project progress, critical path activities and key milestones.
  • Identify programme risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare programme reports and communicate progress to project teams and clients.
  • Support project managers with planning, scheduling and resource management.
  • Assist with change management, delay analysis and recovery programmes where required.
  • Ensure programmes comply with contractual and project requirements.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Primavera P6 Project Planner within the construction, infrastructure or engineering sectors.
  • Advanced Primavera P6 knowledge is essential.
  • Strong understanding of planning principles, critical path analysis and project controls.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working on large, complex projects.
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts is advantageous.
