RW Perio - PA and In-Clinic Coordinator
RW Perio is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented PA and In-Clinic Coordinator to support the daily operations of our busy leading specialist dental clinic. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives in a clinical environment and enjoys multitasking. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inboxes and handle patient enquiries (email, phone, WhatsApp)
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and follow-ups
- Support new patient onboarding and referral tracking
- Maintain daily reports, targets, and planning sheets
- Assist with patient letter preparation and documentation
- Handle payments and update patient records
- Provide front-of-house cover as needed
- Liaise with the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
- Ensure clear handovers and communication across the team

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Very confident with technology and systems (training provided)
- Proactive approach and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Previous admin or PA experience (healthcare background a plus)
