About the role
Our client, an international Film and Production company require a junior EA to join their team. This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting across a mix of administrative, personal, and operational tasks - not just diary management.
Responsibilities may include:
- Diary and schedule coordination
- Managing invoices and basic admin tasks
- Assisting with both personal and business arrangements
- Supporting ad hoc projects and day-to-day needs
- Being a reliable, organised point of support
- May require some travel abroad

About you
The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Naturally nurturing, thoughtful, and discreet
- Happy to get involved in a wide range of tasks
Background
Someone with transferable skills who is looking to build a long-term career as an EA
- Backgrounds such as PA to talent, agent assistant, or production is highly valued
- An interest in film and TV is a strong plus

Additional details
- Fully on-site in Kensington (no remote working)
- You will need your own laptop
- This role offers long-term stability and the chance to develop into a more senior support position over time
