PA/ Executive Assistant and Coordinator

Mason Blake is a specialist recruitment consultancy dedicated exclusively to the investment management industry. We are looking for an ambitious, organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop a varied career within a fast-paced financial services environment. The role offers exposure to investment management, marketing, operations and internal talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day executive support to the Managing Director.
  • Managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and business schedules.
  • Preparing employment contracts and supporting employee administration, including holiday records.
  • Coordinating internal recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Keeping up to date with developments across the financial markets and investment management industry.
  • Maintaining and updating the company's CRM system and internal databases.
  • Supporting wider business operations and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.
  • Creating and coordinating marketing content for social media.

About You:

Essential Skills:

  • A minimum of one year office-based experience.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • An interest in financial markets, with a willingness to stay informed about industry developments.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and CRM systems.
  • Professional, proactive and able to work independently.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities.

  • Previous PA, Executive Assistant or office support experience.
