We have a fantastic opportunity for a PA & Office Manager based at our Ballinamallard, Northern Ireland office.
This is a full-time role, working hours are:
- Monday - Thursday: 8.30am to 5:30pm
- Friday: 8.30am to 3.15pm

Our Commercial & Industrial division designs, fabricates and constructs structural steelwork for a variety of different sectors including commercial offices, stadia & leisure, industrial & distribution, data centres, retail and health and education.
The division has manufacturing sites in three locations: Dalton, Lostock, and Enniskillen. Each has full-service capabilities and modern manufacturing processes enabling us to provide a high-quality product to a variety of different sectors. Each of our sites has its own strong reputation in the market and between them cover a wider geographical area, including Europe. They continue to set the bar high in their highly complex market!
Vacancy Details
In the PA & Office Manager position you will oversee the smooth running of daily office operations, ensuring an efficient and professional working environment.
You will manage office administration, support staff and team activities and maintain compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
The position would suit a candidate looking to progress from a senior administrative background or an office manager / PA looking for a new challenge.

Other Responsibilities
- Office Operations & Administration: Manage office supplies, equipment and vendor relationships; coordinate maintenance and cleaning schedules; implement policies and maintain filing systems for compliance.
- Staff & Team Support: Lead the administration team, support meetings and office events and manage staff travel arrangements.
- Finance & Procurement: Oversee budgets and expenses, process invoices, purchase orders and support onboarding as well as negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain diary calendars for senior colleagues, schedule meetings and travel and organise company events and training sessions.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure health & safety compliance within the office environment, maintain audit and insurance records and manage visitor logs and data protection.
- Technology & Systems: Coordinate IT support, manage office equipment and oversee building access.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Senior Administrator or PA
- Must have strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Be able to forward plan and demonstrate the ability to work independently
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems
