PA - Private Wealth and Projects & Construction

Department: Private Wealth

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: Birmingham


Description

This role is key to keeping operations running smoothly. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised PA to manage diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, handle client communication, and provide essential administrative and billing support. We are also open to candidates who are experienced administrators.


The Role

  • A varied role with a mix of administrative, client-facing, and financial tasks.
  • Diary management and meeting coordination
  • Client liaison and inbox management
  • Document and correspondence preparation
  • Billing support and time recording
  • General administrative and team support
