PA to 2 MDs, IT - Banking 22924 10-month FTC, September start (3/2) £56,000 + bonus + benefits

Our client is looking for a professional PA to support 2 MDs on a 10-month maternity cover contract. You’ll need to hit the ground running to ensure seamless day to day operations, enabling leadership to focus on strategic objectives.

What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Extensive and complex diary management
- Confident gatekeeping, screening calls and managing emails
- Extensive multi-party meeting organisation
- Frequently handling last-minute changes and schedule conflicts
- Global travel arrangements: preparing detailed itineraries
- Preparation and circulation of complex documents
- Processing expenses
- Action tracking, forward planning at all times!

The skills you need to bring:
- Solid PA experience at Director level, ideally gained from a Banking or Financial Services firm
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
- Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to quickly build trust and good working relationships
- Experience working in a multicultural, international organisation
- High level of confidentiality
- Resilience and a sense of humour
