Our client is a leading international firm of business and executive coaches, prestigious and well-known for working with the FTSE 100 and finance leaders in the City. They have a reputation second to none, and you’ll play a key role in their success by acting as the key point of contact for the CEO.

Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the CEO by:
- Managing their busy diary
- Assisting with personal administration
- Coordinating key client meetings
- Acting as the first point of contact, developing strong relationships with clients
- Supporting sales operations, including pipeline management
- Organising complex national and international travel
- Assisting with office management
- Managing event logistics and coordination
- Supporting colleagues with ad-hoc projects, off-sites, and team events
- Assisting with marketing and business strategy

Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role as a Personal Assistant
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Strong command of IT
- A flexible attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Curiosity, intuition, initiative, and a flair for organising
