Supporting two creative founders in a high-octane environment, you will manage complex diaries, global travel, and strategic communications. This role goes far beyond traditional administration, requiring high emotional intelligence to act as a trusted gatekeeper and personal assistant, ensuring both professional and personal priorities for the leadership team are flawlessly and proactively executed.

What You Will Do
- Provide proactive diary and travel management for two commercially reactive founders, navigating frequently changing schedules and international itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, artists, and investors, representing the leadership with professional warmth and discretion.
- Manage diverse responsibilities ranging from meeting briefing notes and action tracking to personal requests like gifts, reservations, and lifestyle support.
