Secondment opportunity to join Our Team as a Personal Assistant (PA)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to provide efficient and comprehensive support to our Trust Chair and Executive Director of Corporate Affairs, Risk and Governance within the Corporate Executive Support Team. This dynamic role requires exceptional organisational skills, proactive planning, and the ability to manage a varied workload while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Join us in this vital role to ensure seamless administrative support, allowing our senior leaders to focus on delivering exceptional care quality across the Trust.
The role involves providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Trust Chair and Executive Director of Corporate Affairs, Risk and Governance. This includes the highest level of confidentiality, efficiently managing correspondence and communications, assessing and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines, and autonomously responding to emails and telephone inquiries using sound judgment and initiative.
You will act as a key liaison, handling complex, sensitive, and sometimes contentious information with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality. The role also requires managing communications effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, utilising negotiation and persuasion skills as needed, while ensuring all duties are performed efficiently and to a high standard.
