A leading fashion business seeks an exceptional Executive Assistant (PA/EA) to support their Director—a rare opportunity for an accomplished professional who excels in a fast-paced, creative environment.
This role demands someone who thrives in supporting senior leaders or high-net-worth individuals, combining confidence, discretion, and organisational finesse. The ideal candidate will be the driving force behind smooth operations, anticipating needs, managing complexity, and delivering excellence in both professional and personal spheres—whether scheduling a last-minute corporate flight or preparing a boardroom presentation.
Offered on a hybrid basis (3 days in-office, 2 remote), this position balances flexibility with hands-on engagement at the heart of the business.

Main Responsibilities
Diary & Travel
- Master complex, dynamic schedules, accommodating time zone differences for both professional and private engagements.
- Arrange seamless internal and external travel, ensuring smooth coordianation for the Director.
Meetings & Events
- Oversee the full lifecycle of meetings and events, from crafting agendas and providing briefing notes to acting on follow-up actions.
Personal Support
- Handle lifestyle and administrative tasks with the highest discretion, including appointments, reservations, and ad hoc personal requests.
Project Ownership
- Lead and execute key projects independently, keeping multiple deadlines and priorities on track with minimal oversight.

Person Specification
- Extensive EA/PA experience at a senior level, particularly with high-profile individuals or HNW clients.
- Calm, proactive mentality—someone who anticipates needs and resolves challenges before they escalate.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to adapt tone and context.
- Mastery of MS Office Suite: Advanced proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A background in fashion, luxury, media, or a creative sector is a clear advantage.
