About the Role

Our client is the head office of an international property business, currently expanding its UK presence. This PA role sits close to the centre of that growth: based at the head office, you will provide dedicated, full-ownership support to the Managing Directors.

This is a five-day office-based role with free on-site parking. It is not a role for someone who wants predictability or a fixed routine. Priorities shift daily, and you will need to reset and reprioritise without losing pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the Director's diary and inbox, holding delegated authority to draft and send correspondence directly.
  • Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel.
  • Prepare full briefing packs ahead of every meeting.
  • Attend key meetings to produce accurate notes and action points.
  • Act as a credible point of contact for external partners and stakeholders.
  • Manage all scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation as the business's needs require.
  • As the role develops, take on research and strategic project work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
