JOB TITLE: PA to MD, Head of CIB Coverage
LOCATION: London
HOURS: Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, proactive and highly motivated individual to join CIB Coverage as Personal Assistant to our Managing Director, Head of CIB Coverage (GEC-1).
CIB Coverage leads client coverage and origination for Lloyds Banking Group's largest corporate and institutional clients across a broad range of sectors. Operating across the UK, Europe, Crown Dependencies and North America, the business is also home to the Sustainable Finance & Transition team.
You'll provide dedicated PA support to a senior executive with a demanding schedule and extensive internal and external commitments. You'll be responsible for a complex diary, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare meeting materials and help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Working as part of the CIB Coverage Executive Office, alongside the Chief of Staff (Executive Assistant) and Business Manager, you’ll also support the wider day-to-day running of the business, helping to coordinate key meetings, events, communications and business priorities. The role requires strong organisation skills, sound judgement and able to manage competing demands while working with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a complex and demanding diary for the MD, Head of CIB Coverage, ensuring the most effective use of time across internal, client and external commitments
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant and Business Manager to support the day-to-day running of the Exec Office and wider business priorities
- Coordinate meeting papers, briefings and presentations, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and Executive Offices across the Group
- Support an extensive domestic and international travel schedule across the UK, North America and other key business locations
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Sector Heads, Relationship Directors, Executive Offices and a broad network of PAs
- Manage expenses, corporate card approvals, invoices and gifts and hospitality processes
- Act as a key point of contact for the Exec Office, handling a wide range of enquiries with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement

What You'll Need
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting a senior leader with a demanding workload and frequently changing priorities
- Strong diary management skills, including the ability to navigate complex schedules and adapt quickly to change
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High levels of discretion, judgement and attention to detail
- A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and think ahead
