About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, organised and proactive individual to join CIB Coverage as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, Head of CIB Coverage. This role will provide dedicated executive support, liaising closely with senior stakeholders across the Lloyds Banking Group.
Key Responsibilities
CIB Coverage focuses on Global Corporate Banking (GEC-1), delivering premier client coverage in:
- The UK, Europe
- Crown Dependencies
- North America The remit includes sustainable finance and client origination for Lloyds’ largest corporate and institutional clients.
You will:
- Manage a complex executive diary for the MD, coordinated with supporting teams to ensure optimal scheduling
- Oversee heavy travel requirements, including multi-location international travel
- Lead preparation of meeting materials, presentations and briefing collation across all stakeholder levels (from sector heads to board)
- Serve as a linchpin in the Executive Office, liaising across operations, relationships and securities functions

Core Accountabilities
1. Diary & Time Management
- Proactively manage the MD’s time, optimising the balance between client, group-level and personal commitments
- Navigate competing priorities and frequently changing demands in a fast-paced climate
2. Stakeholder & Operational Support
- Collaborate with Executive Assistant & Business Manager to ensure coherence across the Decision Council (DC) and Exec Office
- Support ** Lorraine Dickson** (Head of CIB Coverage) and cross-unit teams
3. Travel & Coordination
- Develop clear processes for detailing, expenses and pre-arrangments across 30+ key business locations globally
4. Business Documentation
- Source and prepare high-level materials, legal and financial briefings
5. Trust & Professionalism
- Handle sensitive communications with discretion while building freelance network relationships amongst PAs across the Group
Requirements
- Exceptional planning, displays arriving in advance, debriefing to internal and external communications
- High-volume administrative discipline alongside adaptability: schedules are dynamic and may include overnight travel
- International exposure welcomed but not essential, given likely to arise across all client-facing teams,lord’s environmentally sustainable travel policies
- Familiarity with financial and executive meetings FAQs in peer Group environments
- Examples of trusted preferred providers/network (airlines, hotels) would be advantageous but outcome-driven solutions are prioritised
