Personal Assistant to Deputy Medical Directors & Associate Medical Director
Job Overview
To act as Personal Assistant to the Deputy Medical Directors and Associate Medical Director, liaising with various levels of personnel within the Medical Directorate and Executive team, as well as corporately with all Trust employees.
The post holder will be expected to:
- Work accurately under pressure, with the ability to manage and prioritise their own workload
- Provide and receive complex, sensitive, or contentious information, requiring tact, diplomacy, and persuasive skills
Main Duties
- Act as a first point of contact for the Deputy Medical Directors and Associate Medical Director, dealing with staff of all levels inside and outside the Trust
- Diary management, including the resolution of conflicting diary appointments
- Organisation of meetings and all associated administration
